Supreme Court
Information about the Supreme Court, its composition, and its recent decisions.
The Supreme Court is Gapla’s highest court.
After the nine courts of dominion (six dominions + KoGA + other ARs + Brighton Beach) decide on a case, it can be appealed to the Supreme Court by any party which may choose to take the case. Its decision is final and binding throughout the Federated States of Gapla.
Composition of the Supreme Court
The Chief Justice is appointed by the President, and the other justices are appointed by prior Presidents.
