PARIS, FRANCE — Upon the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower, members of the Provisional Government convened in a historic hybrid meeting, with members attending both in-person and virtually.

The ninth meeting of the Provisional Government, held on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 5:30–6:30 PM Paris time, discussed plans for future settlement, including educational and architectural plans, and the upcoming expedition to Gapla. Hendrik Täks (left), the Minister of Architecture, who travelled from Tallinn to Paris, presented his plans for early architecture and settlement in Gapla, paving the way for a comprehensive, planned view of Gapla’s future.
