Your Citizenship Journey: Why and How to Join Gapla — May 10, 2025
Gapla’s first-ever webinar, “Your Citizenship Journey: Why and How to Join Gapla,” brought together five key leaders from the Provisional Government to share insights into the nation’s mission, citizenship process, and unique opportunities for involvement. The 16-minute event highlighted Gapla’s vision, the benefits of citizenship (including access to passports, diplomatic roles, and government service) and previewed upcoming initiatives. Attendees learned about the new government portal, the Gaplan Representation Organization (GRO), and notable diplomatic achievements, such as Ambassador Stültiens’ award from the King of the Netherlands.
The event featured notable speakers, including President Chelsea Chen and Deputy President Rosie Cordova. The event has concluded, and a recording is available on YouTube.
2025 Inauguration Ceremony — March 1, 2025
Join us for the historic inauguration ceremony of the President and Deputy President of the Federated States of Gapla on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 8:30 AM (U.S. Pacific Time). This momentous occasion marks the re-inauguration of the 2nd President of Gapla Chelsea Chen and 10th Deputy President of Gapla Amalia “Rosie” Battle Cordova.
The event featured notable speakers, including the Prince of the Danubias Wyatt Baek, who will be introducing the event, and the Minister of Architecture Hendrik Täks, who will concluded the event. The event has concluded, and a recording is available on YouTube.

e-Residency
Gapla’s e-Residency program is free of charge and is the first step towards full Gaplan citizenship. e-Residents enjoy numerous business benefits, an e-Resident card, pathways to full Gaplan citizenship.
Nationbuilding
Joining the Provisional Government makes you one of Gapla’s visionaries. As a member, you’ll be involved in building, planning, and promoting Gapla, including communicating with the press.
Settlement
While we aren’t at settlement yet, Gapla is currently offering opportunities for physical contributions, including expeditions. These opportunities are limited and available by request.
