The Judicial Branch

Learn about the Judicial Branch and the Supreme Court.

The Standard of the Supreme Court is shown above.

The Judicial Branch

The Judicial Branch is tasked with interpreting the laws of the Federated States of Gapla and ensuring that our national motto is upheld.

The Supreme Court is composed of five justices, each serving for life tenure and appointed by the President of Gapla in the event of a vacancy. One of these justices holds the title of Chief Justice, who serves as the head of the judicial branch, while the remaining justices are known as associate justices. The National Assembly holds the authority to establish additional courts within the judicial branch as needed, provided that none surpass the Supreme Court in authority.
