The first expedition, organized by the Government of Gapla and the Tourism Service, has successfully concluded. The expeditioners traveled to the area, were able to see Gapla, explore the surrounding region, take photographs and record videos of the land and the environment, and gather information regarding geography and land conditions. They also completed the trip safely without being arrested, detained, or encountering any major issues. Expeditioners also went to nearby cities, including Belgrade, Novi Sad, Apatin, Osijek, and Aljmas. This expedition was a landmark event that established Gapla’s physical presence in both Gaplastovia and Cristus and gained valuable first-hand knowledge of the area.

For their participation in the expedition and other accomplishments, Hendrik Täks and Connor Klinkosch have been awarded the Order of the Majestic Danube, 1st Class (Commander), the highest state honor. Ermo Täks has been awarded the Order of the Majestic Danube, 3rd Class (Member) for his assistance on the expedition. All three were awarded the Expedition Ribbon.
